Makruzz – Makruzz is currently operating with its Makruzz Gold 2 and Makruzz Pearl 3 ferry for the month of March. Makruzz Gold 2 has 3 classes – Premium, Deluxe and Royal. Makruzz Pearl has only 1 class which is a Premium class. This cruise is operational from Port Blair to Havelock, Havelock to Neil, Neil to Port Blair and Havelock To Port Blair. Please note that the ferry timings in Andaman keeps changing and we make sure you are updated with the latest timings and availability of the ferry tickets while booking. Sea Link Cruise – Sea Link cruise as of 2023 renamed to Nautika Lite is also operational from Port Blair to Havelock Island. The ferry has 3 classes Premium, Premium+ and Business. This ferry runs in all the 3 sectors of Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island.

Green Ocean – Green Ocean is also sailing from Port Blair to Havelock Island. The ferry starts early around 6 AM from Haddo Jetty at Port Blair. This ferry has an open deck to enjoy the view of the sea. Green Ocean cruise has Economy, Luxury and Royal classes.

Both Green Ocean 1 and Green Ocean 2 operates from Port Blair to Havelock Island.

Green Ocean 1 – Open Deck as of March 2024 is not operational

ITT Majestic – This is another high-speed ferry that operates from Port Blair to Havelock Island. This ferry has good spacious seating. You can consider selecting ITT Majestic when you travel from Port Blair to Havelock Island.

Aashi (Not Operational) – Aashi cruise is the latest of all the cruises and is pretty good. The cruise operates from Port Blair to Havelock Island and the sailing time is at 6:30 AM. Aashi cruise has Deluxe and Luxury classes. Aashi vessel has stopped all its operations in Andaman Islands as of 2023.

Government ferry from Port Blair To Havelock Island

Government ferry sails from Port Blair to Havelock Island on a regular basis. Earlier this ferry used to sail in the morning and after from Port Blair. However, lately only one sailing of Government ferry happens from Port Blair to Havelock. There is no online booking of Government ferry and you need to stand in a queue and book the tickets as per availability on the given date. It’s a must you need to book your ferry tickets online before coming to the Andaman Islands. Now, the ferry schedule in the islands changes quite often and you need to keep close monitoring on your ferry booking in the Andaman Islands. Your online booking of the ferry will happen for the ferry and the seat you have selected. For any reason, if the given ferry is not available then an alternate ferry booking based upon your requirements will be provided.

Steps To Book Ferry in the Andaman Islands

Step 1 – Firstly you need to select a date on which you need to book a ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island. If you arrive early in the morning then you can check all the ferry schedules from Port Blair to Havelock Island at Online Ferry Booking in Andaman Islands . Please note that as per current guidelines by the administration you are required to go through an RTPCR test after you arrive in Andaman Islands. Step 2 – After reaching the “Ferry Booking Page” you can filter the page based on your date of travel. So if suppose your travel date from Port Blair to Havelock Island is on 20-October-2021 then make sure you filter the date to the date of travel. Post this you can click on the “Search” button. You can also select the from and to destination before clicking on the search button.

Step 3 – After you click on the search button and if no results are found in the data records it means either the ferry service on those dates is currently not open or the ferry is sold out for those dates. Step 4 – If relevant results from Port Blair to Havelock Island are displayed then you can then select the appropriate ferry time along with ferry type and proceed to “BOOK NOW“

IMPORTANT SUGGESTION – Ferry booking in Andaman Islands is very important to visit Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island.
If you don’t find a ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island then you will not able to visit Havelock. Its recommended to book your ferry in advance.

If you are planning a tour by yourself then please note that in case of ferry rescheduling or cancellation because of technical issues or weather conditions then the ferry operators may not help you find any alternative arrangements of the ferry for you to go from Port Blair to Havelock Island.
